The Office for National Roads Operations is responsible, on behalf of the Federal Roads Office (ASTRA), for the operational and structural maintenance on the A2 from Airolo to Beckenried, on the A4 from Flüelen to Küssnacht, as well as on the Gotthard Pass Road.

For the Operations Department, we are looking for a new colleague at the Brunnen-Ingenbohl base.

Tasks

• Maintenance of road and tunnel facilities
• Green area maintenance and cleaning work
• Winter service including snow clearance and ice control
• Repair of incident and accident damage
• Assembly and dismantling of temporary signage
• Work on suspended ropes

Expectations

• Completed training and experience in the main or secondary construction trades, forestry, or garden and landscape construction
• Driving licence category C or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness for on-call duty and night work
• Experience in performing work on suspended ropes (rope training level 1 or higher)
• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
• Residence in the canton of Schwyz
