For our technical team, we are looking for a committed leader as Team Leader HVAC with a focus on ventilation and refrigeration systems. You will take responsibility for the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of our systems as well as leading a team of 8–10 employees.

Your tasks:

Technical and disciplinary management of the HVAC team
Monitoring and optimization of ventilation and refrigeration systems and their monitoring systems
Organization, planning, and execution of repairs and maintenance work
Ensuring GMP-compliant system operation
Implementation and control of safety and occupational safety requirements
Continuous improvement of system performance and energy efficiency
On-call duty 24/7

Your profile:

Completed technical training, ideally focused on building technology, HVAC, or comparable
Several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration systems is an advantage
Leadership experience of teams
Solid knowledge of GMP requirements in a technical environment
High awareness of safety and quality
Experience with SAP
Initiative, assertiveness, and organizational talent
