The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. • empathetic and relationship-oriented care and support of our residents according to the nursing process (key worker)
• taking over daily and house responsibility after familiarisation
• wound care; including membership in the specialist group
• participation in the supervision of trainees and interns in health professions

• joy in the nursing profession and interest in the development of the long-term care field
• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (DN II, AKP)
• very good oral and written German skills
• responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a strong quality mindset
