The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. - empathetic and relationship-oriented care and support of our residents according to the nursing process (key worker)
- taking over daily and house responsibility after familiarisation
- wound care; including membership in the specialist group
- participation in the supervision of trainees and interns in health professions
- joy in the nursing profession and interest in the development of the long-term care field
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (DN II, AKP)
- very good oral and written German skills
- responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a strong quality mindset
- varied activities in an open, interdisciplinary team
- participation in specialist groups (e.g. Palliative Care, Dementia, Validation)
- diverse further training and development opportunities
