Due to the promotion of the previous post holder, we are looking for an experienced individual for our finance department.

Financial Accountant and Specialist Leadership Debtors, Creditors 60% - 80%

Presidential

Your main tasks

• Responsible for financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers
• Management of the general ledger
• Account reconciliations in the general ledger
• Verification of postings according to HRM2
• Preparation of the annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, accruals, audit documents)
• Support with questions regarding VAT
• Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as in supervising trainees
• Providing information to cost centre managers, suppliers and customers (residents)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. federal diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting including closing
• Proven expertise in the area of VAT
• Experience with HRM2 or in public administration is an advantage
• Solid MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
