For our sales organisation, we are looking for a
Sales Manager Switzerland Object Sector 100% (m / f / d)
In this demanding role, you will lead and coordinate our national team of Key Account Managers. In addition, you will personally and actively manage a customer region. Together with your team, you will ensure professional and sustainable support for our major customers (architects, general contractors, construction and real estate companies, housing cooperatives, investors).
Your main tasks are:
- Expansion of the KAM structure at the national level
- Definition and coordination of tasks and priorities within our KAM team
- Expansion and maintenance of the customer base
- Technical and commercial advice and support of our key accounts
- Planning, organisation and execution of customer events (company presentations, factory tours, training sessions, etc.)
- General market-relevant information gathering and evaluation
- Participation in trade fairs
- Ensuring administrative tasks (visit reports, CRM, etc.)
Ideally, you have completed a technical education (preferably in the sanitary sector). Furthermore, you have several years of successful professional experience as a sales consultant for the mentioned customer segments and possess a corresponding network of contacts. You have also already gained successful leadership experience. You speak Swiss German and French (preferably also Italian). As a communicative, well-groomed and absolutely customer-oriented personality, you know how to build networks and convince our clientele.
