The Willisau Retirement Home offers a homely environment for elderly people who rely on professional support, care and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a homely atmosphere. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialised living arrangements for people with emotional and psychological behaviour, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten. Training is very important to us, as trainees are the professionals of the future.

For the Willisau Retirement Home, Breiten and Zopfmatt homes, we are looking for:

Student Nurse HF Female / Student Nurse HF Male Full-time or part-time course 60% - 100%

Your profile:

• You have completed secondary level II.
• You are willing to engage in learning and development processes.
• You possess high social and professional skills.
• You are communicative and a team player.
• You work independently and flexibly.
• You are responsible and organisationally strong.
• You are physically and mentally resilient.

Your tasks:

• You accompany, care for and nurse residents mainly in complex situations.
• You take responsibility for work with relatives as well as cooperation with third parties.
• You lead professionally in the area of care and nursing.
• You are responsible for planning, implementing and managing the nursing process.
• You take on daily responsibility.
