Job Description
- Provide nursing care to multidisciplinary surgery patients while respecting professional standards and the rules in force within the institution
- Collaborate in organizing daily work and ensuring the smooth running of service activities
- Participate in working groups for the development of care projects as well as the integration of new collaborators
- Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork
- Maintain and develop your skills
- Take into account feedback regarding your performance
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes in which you are involved
Qualifications
- Holder of a nursing diploma HES, ES or an equivalent recognized title
- Professional experience in acute care is welcome
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Versatility and organizational skills
- Good stress management
- Autonomy, flexibility, and commitment
- Excellent presentation
