YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements
- Integration of train control systems into rail vehicles
- Development of concepts, system specifications, and circuit diagrams
- Conducting type tests on rail vehicles
- Creation of documentation for the approval process
- Interface to customers, suppliers, and national safety authorities
- Collaboration with various Stadler locations in Switzerland and Europe
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies at ETH/TU/FH in electrical engineering, information technology, or comparable
- Professional experience in development projects and/or system integration in rail vehicles or infrastructure
- Knowledge of train control systems such as ETCS, PZB, or LZB is desirable
- Knowledge in requirements management and dealing with railway technical standards (TSI, EN, UNISIG, etc.)
- Open, flexible, team-oriented, and goal-oriented personality
- Independent and proactive working style, pronounced problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (20-40%) domestically and in European countries (mainly in Germany and Austria)
- German spoken and written is a must (negotiation level). Very good English skills are necessary
- Interest in working in a multidisciplinary and international work environment
