Tasks
- Lead, train and support a team of mechanics in daily operations
- Plan, prioritise and execute production orders on schedule
- Manufacture complex components using CNC technology and CAD systems
- Ensure maintenance of the machinery and perform service work
- Supervise and train apprentices
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in leading employees and training apprentices
- Familiarity with construction machinery environments and precise working methods
- Good knowledge of the German language and possession of a category B driving licence
- Physical resilience for demanding work tasks
