Work locations: Volketswil ZH or Baar ZS
In your role, you are the key point of our order planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your daily work looks as follows:
- You plan and organise customer orders as well as the associated transports – efficiently and customer-oriented
- You are responsible for the personnel planning of our female and male drivers
- You check the daily reports and the recording of hours
- You advise our customers on the phone, coordinate appointments and find suitable solutions
- You process the orders correctly and efficiently in the corresponding CRM system
We expect from you
- Professional experience as a dispatcher, ideally in the field of waste disposal and recycling
- Good commercial knowledge as well as technical understanding
- Independent and structured way of working
- Regional local knowledge (Zurich or Central Switzerland) is an advantage
You are resilient, have high social competence and like to take responsibility. In addition, you are characterised by your stress resistance and perseverance.
