This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Switzerland. We combine our skills in developing future-proof technical solutions with our expertise in design to create outstanding digital experiences that build sustainable relationships with our customers – including Ricola, CSS, Edelweiss Air, Lufthansa Group, Stokke, and Just Eat Takeaway.
JOB PURPOSE
As a UX Designer, you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences. You have a passion for complex challenges and are eager to transform them into beautiful and smart digital products. You also enjoy working in a dynamic environment with the best and friendliest people in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bring your new ideas on best practices into your project teams.
- Participate in and lead discovery sessions. Apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities.
- Translate strategies and insights into thoughtful journeys, flows, and wireframes.
- Support your design decisions with annotations.
- Create simple prototypes (and validate them with users if needed).
- Present your work to clients and stakeholders and implement input and feedback.
- Work hand in hand with UI designers to shape the final user experience.
- Conduct user research to validate your methods and ideas.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- More than 5 years of experience as a UX Designer in an agency or with a well-known brand.
- Experience designing websites, apps, and digital products for A-brands.
- A compelling portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion.
- Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ideally experience in the banking and finance industry.
- Fluent English and German skills.
- Experience with Figma and collaborative tools.
- Availability to work in Switzerland.
