What to expect:

• You support clients with challenging multiple issues
• You coordinate along the medical treatment pathway
• You conduct demanding conversations with insured persons, medical professionals, and other stakeholders – clearly, solution-oriented, and on equal footing
• You advise clients on social insurance-related questions and connect with other agencies (employers, disability insurance, etc.)
• You contribute ideas and actively develop our processes in Private Case Management

• Completed basic training in the paramedical field
• CAS Case Management and/or Social Insurance Specialist Certificate
• Several years of experience in case management desirable
• Good network of service providers in the canton of Graubünden
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex situations
• You combine empathy with the necessary assertiveness and communicate confidently even in demanding situations
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Mobility and a valid category B driving licence
