Senior Manager Audit (m/f/d)
Challenging responsibilities
- You ensure the operational management of assignments with a solution- and quality-oriented approach
- You organise, monitor, and carry out audit mandates for a varied clientele, in a spirit of partnership and with a high level of demand
- You supervise, motivate, and empower audit teams by giving them the means to progress and aim for excellence
- You play an active role in developing our client base by adopting an entrepreneurial and proactive stance
- You contribute to evolving our service offering and strengthening our market presence
- You continuously develop your technical and sectoral know-how while stimulating curiosity and learning around you
- You are the operational point of reference, capable of coordinating stakeholders and maintaining a high level of demand in complex and sustained contexts, especially during key periods.
Your profile
- Holder of the Swiss expert accountant diploma and certified as an expert auditor
- At least 8 to 10 years of audit experience in Switzerland, including at least three years as a manager with team management
- Successful experience within a Big Four in Switzerland, or a leading international firm
- Proven ability to sign off accounts and make technical decisions autonomously and confidently
- Fluent command of French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent skills in audit documentation and handling complex accounting issues
- Natural leadership and willingness to mentor: you know how to coach, empower, and develop your team members
- Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented and focused on business development
- Desire to advance your career, expand your network, and actively contribute to the growth and reputation of our team
