The Social Services Association District Dielsdorf carries out tasks on behalf of the 22 district municipalities in the areas of adult protection, various advisory and supervisory specialist offices, and manages the KESB District Dielsdorf.

For this, we are looking for a committed individual who takes responsibility for essential areas of our accounting and strengthens our finance team.

Your tasks
- You manage key areas of our financial accounting – especially general ledger, accounts payable and asset accounting, as well as banking and payment transactions.
- You perform account reconciliations and contribute to closing activities and the preparation of the annual financial statements.
- You assist in budget preparation.
- You check the petty cash of our locations and process expense claims.
- You deputise in accounts receivable accounting and support fee and case management compensation.
- You ensure complete and comprehensible filing and digitisation of business records.
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training (KV EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.
- Further training or solid practical experience in finance and accounting.
- Sound knowledge of public sector accounting / HRM2, ideally experience with annual financial statements. Good IT user skills in MS Office and experience with Abacus.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form.
