An additional infection caused by germs can be dangerous for our patients and residents. This places a special responsibility on our cleaning team. Since germs can be transmitted very quickly via hands or surfaces, proper, professional cleaning and disposal is particularly important to us.
This is where you get involved
- Ensuring a smooth, efficient and high-quality daily operation (care centre and external houses)
- Coordination of daily tasks
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Leading the staff in daily operations (approx. 25 people)
- First point of contact for employees and customers regarding daily business matters
- Practical participation in cleaning
- Training and support of new employees
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
- Participation in projects
You
- have completed vocational training in housekeeping/hospitality, facility services or building cleaning or have a comparable qualification (advantageous)
- several years of professional experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in healthcare
- ability to plan, organise and prioritise work assignments
- ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions
- user knowledge of common IT programmes
- German language skills, spoken and written
