We ensure high-quality and reliable health and pension provision for the population of Appenzell Innerrhoden and offer attractive jobs and training positions for 270 employees in various professional groups.
 
For our Marketing and Personnel team, we are looking for a thoughtful and motivated person by arrangement

Your tasks

• You support our team administratively and thus relieve our HR specialists
• Reliable execution of assigned tasks and orders
• Recording and updating master data in our ERP (Abacus)
• Collaboration in the digitalisation of HR processes
• Support with marketing tasks (Employer Branding)

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and are looking to start in HR
• Initial steps and started or planned further training in the HR field are an advantage
• Independent working style according to the instructions of the HR specialists
• Good PC user skills (Office 365, Abacus and Polypoint PEP are an advantage)
• Service and customer-oriented mindset
• Enjoyment in contact with people
