For our Marketing and Personnel team, we are looking for a thoughtful and motivated person by arrangement
Your tasks
- You support our team administratively and thus relieve our HR specialists
- Reliable execution of assigned tasks and orders
- Recording and updating master data in our ERP (Abacus)
- Collaboration in the digitalisation of HR processes
- Support with marketing tasks (Employer Branding)
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and are looking to start in HR
- Initial steps and started or planned further training in the HR field are an advantage
- Independent working style according to the instructions of the HR specialists
- Good PC user skills (Office 365, Abacus and Polypoint PEP are an advantage)
- Service and customer-oriented mindset
- Enjoyment in contact with people
