Your Tasks

You take over kitchen responsibility during the absence of the head chef
Assistance with menu planning
Independently managing all stations
Co-responsibility for ordering food and inventory management
Compliance and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety regulations, HACCP
Quality assurance

What You Bring

Completed training as a cook EFZ
First leadership experience is an advantage
High quality awareness
Joy and enthusiasm for contemporary catering forms
Several years of professional experience in à-la-carte and banquet areas
Enjoyment in mentoring apprentices
Good communication skills in German
