Your Area of Responsibility

Would you like to actively shape production planning, further develop processes and at the same time lead a small team? In this versatile role, you ensure reliable production planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems and working methods.

• You create the production schedule for the production facilities assigned to you and ensure a high delivery readiness

• You analyse bottlenecks and derive measures to improve delivery capability, manufacturing costs and throughput times

• You optimise processes, key figures and interfaces and actively drive digitalisation forward.

• You lead, develop and coach a team of three shopfloor planners

Your Profile

• You have experience in production planning in an industrial environment and bring several years of leadership experience

• You have a technical basic education as well as further training in production planning, SCM, business administration or a comparable field

• You are proficient in SAP as well as common IT tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab or Power Automate

• You have sound knowledge of Lean and KVP principles as well as experience in project management

• You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented, communicate confidently in German and can make yourself understood in English
