Foreperson: Road Construction
Your Contribution with Us
- You lead your team on site and pitch in yourself if necessary
- You organise and coordinate the daily work in road and civil engineering
- You support the foreman in planning personnel, machinery and materials
- You ensure professional, safe and timely execution
- You keep daily reports, prepare measurements and document construction progress
- You assist with road, surfacing, trench, utility and sewer works
- You ensure that quality and occupational safety requirements are met
What Counts for Us
- You have completed basic training in construction, ideally as a road builder with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- You have completed further training as a foreperson or have corresponding professional experience
- You are familiar with road and civil engineering and enjoy working directly on site
- You can lead a team and organise work independently
- You work reliably, solution-oriented and keep an overview even when busy
- You communicate confidently in German
- You hold a category B driving licence
