YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You are the HR partner and provide advice and assistance in all requests related to the employee lifecycle in Switzerland.
- You are responsible for the administrative management of personnel files from onboarding to offboarding.
- You are responsible for payroll for Switzerland.
- You manage the interfaces with the accounting department.
- You contribute to the management of various HR projects and the improvement of HR processes.
YOUR SKILLS:
- You hold a higher education degree in HR or an HR certificate.
- You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the role of HR generalist in an international and multicultural environment in Switzerland.
- You are fluent in French and communicate fluently in English (B2).
- You have excellent communication skills and strong writing abilities, and you place great importance on service quality.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office tools: particularly Excel and Word.
- You enjoy teamwork and have strong interpersonal skills.
- You are available to start quickly.
