To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Public Prosecutor (m/f/d)

from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

• You conduct criminal investigations against accused persons and either conclude them with your own order or bring charges before the district court.
• You represent the prosecution before the district and cantonal courts.
• You perform on-call duty.
• If interested and suitable, there is an optional opportunity to take on a leadership role.

• You are a flexible, proactive, and resilient personality.
• You plan and prioritise your work to handle numerous cases simultaneously.
• You act in accordance with the law and behave legally impeccably.
• You act true to your role, take responsibility, and delegate appropriately according to the situation.
• You approach challenges tactically and find targeted solutions.
• You are decisive and consistently ensure the implementation of your decisions.
• You work in a team-oriented manner and actively participate in collegial exchange.

What you bring

• Completed law degree, lawyer's licence desired
• Professional experience in criminal prosecution
• Driving licence category B (passenger car)
• If interested in taking on a leadership role: several years of professional experience
