Accountant for Partially Autonomous Pension Funds and Collective Foundation 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

Accountant for Partially Autonomous Pension Funds and Collective Foundation 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your exciting tasks include:

• Managing the foundation accounting of the entrusted mandates and the collective foundation
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
• Providing documents for the audit and accompanying it
• Liquidity planning and execution of payments
• Posting purchases, vested benefits, pension payments, WEF advances as well as handling tax declarations
• Preparing security fund statements and compiling pension fund statistics
• Correspondence with internal and external partners
• Supporting the management of the collective foundation and the mandate managers
• Participating in projects

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training
• Further education in finance and accounting (e.g. federal specialist in finance and accounting)
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting (ideally in managing foundation accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER26)
• Experience in occupational pension schemes or social insurance areas is an advantage
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• Fluent German skills. Additional languages are an advantage
• Goal-oriented, independent working style
