The Siegrist, Ries & Partner in Aarau (AG) is a renowned law and notary office with a long-standing tradition and proven specialisation in construction and real estate law.

On behalf of Dr Markus Siegrist, lawyer and notary, we have been commissioned to recruit a service-oriented, independent, team-capable, and entrepreneurial-minded individual as a notary. We are looking for a person who wishes to take over the notary office and Dr Markus Siegrist’s team in the medium term.

In this responsible role, you will gradually take over the management of an established client portfolio and actively shape the future of the firm together with the existing team.

Show what you are capable of – these tasks await your energy:

• Independent management and handling of all notarial transactions
• Advising and supporting private individuals, companies, and institutions
• Certification of real estate, corporate, marriage, inheritance, and pension transactions
• Close collaboration with the firm’s lawyers
• Co-design and further development of the notary office

To bring your full energy, you bring the following:

• Master’s or licentiate degree in law; a lawyer’s licence is an advantage
• Notary examination, certificate of competence, and authorisation to certify
• Ideally several years of professional experience in notarial work
• Knowledge of construction and real estate law is desirable
• Native German speaker with confident written and oral expression
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• Solid IT user skills and proficient in handling modern law firm and document management systems
