About the job

• Advice and support for managers and employees in their respective areas of expertise
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (writing job ads, receiving applications, pre-selection, recruitment interviews and telephone interviews)
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration process, from entry to exit (preparation of contracts and work certificates, work permit applications, preparation of terminations and termination confirmations)
• Implementation of disciplinary measures and support during interviews
• Execution of HR strategies and active sparring partner for managers
• Perfect application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in evolving them
• Point of contact for internal clients for any questions related to Human Resources.

• To successfully accomplish these varied tasks, you have completed specialized training in Human Resources and have several years of experience in HR management
• You are a native French speaker and good knowledge of German is an asset
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, you know Talentsoft, Swiss+, SAP HCM
• You are ready to travel for business (holder of a category B driving license and vehicle available)
