Anyone who pays social insurance contributions wants to be sure that, for example, AHV pensions or family allowances are paid correctly and on time when needed. You ensure that our customers can be completely at ease.

As a customer advisor, you are the contact person for employers. You assess insurance obligations, determine contributions and allowances, check wage declarations, and prepare statements. You always provide friendly and competent advice when questions arise. And if an objection does occur, you handle it confidently.

Despite all your expertise, you act and communicate with empathy because you know that your work makes a big difference.

You convince us both professionally and personally.
For this responsible role, you bring a commercial education with profile M or E. Alternatively, you have completed another three-year apprenticeship and supplemented it with a qualified commercial further education. You can especially impress us with a professional certificate in social insurance or the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in the insurance environment will make your start easier. By the way: we also welcome applications from career changers.
