MPA Neurology (100%)

The Neurocentre Lucerne with locations at Falkengasse at Schwanenplatz and at the St. Anna Clinic is an established, specialised centre for neurological assessments and treatments. Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our services. To strengthen our secretariat, we are looking for an upbeat, motivated and reliable personality.

• Welcoming and caring for patients
• Organisation and coordination of neurological consultations
• Operating the practice telephone and answering emails
• Performing blood draws (analyses in external laboratory)
• Assistance with lumbar punctures (no experience required)
• Management of fully electronic medical records (curaMED)
• Preparing, correcting and sending reports
• Assistance in the entire practice and organisational daily routine
• Occasional holiday cover at our other locations

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA EFZ)
• Friendly, competent and patient-oriented manner
• Very good IT skills and experience with electronic medical records
• Independent, structured and efficient working style
• Organisational talent and ability to work in a team
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
