Insurance and Pension Advisor (m/f/d), Lausanne Agency

What awaits you

• You will undergo training at our Generali Academy to become a certified AFA insurance intermediary.
• You are the first point of contact for your clients regarding insurance and offer them tailored solutions.
• You actively acquire new clients.
• You develop existing relationships with your clients in your region and support them throughout their lives.
• You advise both individuals in the areas of pension provision and property and casualty insurance, as well as small businesses with flexible solutions.
• You support your clients in person or remotely, using modern working tools.

• You demonstrate strong personal motivation and endurance; even when faced with challenges, you remain calm.
• You work independently and responsibly, while being a true team player.
• You have excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written; other language skills are an advantage.
• You are empathetic and persuasive, ideally with some initial experience in client contact.
• You are ready to learn new things.
• You are comfortable with numbers.
• You have a solid personal network in the region.
• You have completed training or obtained a maturity certificate.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
