With us, you coordinate heavy and special transports from A to Z. You bring together customers, drivers, authorities and our special vehicle fleet and ensure that even demanding transports arrive safely and on time.

• You accept orders for heavy and special transports, record them and organise their complete handling.
• You plan and dispatch the special vehicles and personnel assigned to you.
• You organise special permits
• You are the central contact person for our customers for short-term enquiries and appointment optimisation.
• You keep an overview even with short-term changes and find pragmatic solutions.
• You accompany the transports organisationally from planning to successful execution in cooperation with the project managers.
• You keep an eye on reporting and plan the deployment of employees.
• You are an organisational professional who always strives for the optimal utilisation of the own vehicle fleet.

• Professional experience in dispatch, ideally in heavy or special transport
• Technical understanding and interest in special vehicles and their areas of application
• Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility, resilience, organisational talent and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Team player and key player in the "team" of dispatchers, project managers and drivers
• Winning manner in coordinating appointments and orders with our customers
• Very good German language skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and common IT systems
• Industry knowledge and an existing network are a plus
