Our approximately 70 employees in the Facility Services department manage, among other things, over 120 buildings of the central and district administration with a total area of 440,000m2. For the Winterthur district administration, we are looking for a team-oriented individual to start immediately who, together with their team, ensures smooth operations.
Your Tasks
- Organise caretaking and supervise external partners
- Reliably maintain buildings and facilities
- On-site contact person for administration, suppliers and craftsmen
- Complete administrative tasks
- On-call duty; cross-team deployments, right side of Lake Zurich
Your Profile
- Technical basic training EFZ; caretaker certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Willingness for technical assignments
- Service-oriented and independent with initiative and good manners
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Confident PC user skills (Office 365)
- Driving licence category B and residence in the Winterthur region
