About the job

You don’t just want to manage numbers, but actively shape the future of an international company? In this responsible position, you support the CFO, the management, and the board of directors in all business management matters. At the same time, you take on a central role in the finance and controlling area of the group and accompany the monthly closing activities at the headquarters in Berneck as well as in the group companies.

With your expertise and entrepreneurial thinking, you actively drive future-relevant topics forward and act as a competent contact person for all questions in the area of Finance & Controlling at group level. Look forward to a varied range of tasks with high visibility, scope for design, and direct influence on the further development of the company.

What you can achieve

• Preparation and further development of financial and business management reporting
• Analysis of business management key figures and preparation of well-founded special analyses
• Business management consulting around products and services – across the entire corporate group
• Support of the intercompany process as well as group-wide cash management
• Coordination and alignment with our subsidiaries
• Participation in consolidation and preparation of the group accounts
• Further development of the transfer pricing concept
• Collaboration in the optimisation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O
• Building and further developing automated evaluations and reports for corporate management
• Support in developing comprehensive financial solutions to implement market development strategies
• Calculation and analysis of the profitability of products, product groups, and markets over the entire product lifecycle
• Active participation in the digitalisation and optimisation of financial processes
• Collaboration and independent management of projects
• Deputising for team colleagues (controller / financial accountant) 
• Support in the area of finance & controlling as needed 

What distinguishes you

• Completed business management studies with a focus on finance & controlling
• Several years of solid professional experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling
• Good knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems (advantageous in D365 F&O and Power BI)
• Industry experience and interest in international business processes
• Enjoyment in developing solutions as well as internal consulting and constructively questioning ideas and approaches
• Affinity for digital processes, automation, and the further development of evaluations and reports
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Strong numerical understanding as well as analytical and interconnected thinking skills
• Independent, precise, and efficient working style
