The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces, and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

What you can achieve:

As a Project Leader, you shape the future of our automation solutions.

You take responsibility for extensive development projects and successfully implement them according to product specifications and the backlog.

In doing so, you proactively and solution-orientedly tackle challenges both of a technical nature and in collaboration with various teams.

Your focus is on complex, cross-site projects where you maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure smooth processes.

What you bring with you:

A completed degree in a technical or scientific field

Several years of experience in project management as well as in leading hybrid project teams within a matrix organisation

Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: automation technologies, software development, or life science applications

Experience in agile project management

Good language skills in German and English

Experience using Jira is desirable
