Your missions

Within the legal team, we support Energie 360° and its subsidiaries on the path to a prosperous and renewable energy future. We work closely with our internal and external clients, actively leveraging AI and guiding our working approach to generate maximum positive impact.

Within our team, you will be responsible for the legal follow-up of Energie 360° and its subsidiaries in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. A variety of tasks and issues await you:

· You provide support to our projects and staff for all legal questions. Your interventions will mainly focus on gas, thermal networks, energy solutions, and electric mobility.

· You draft, review, and negotiate contracts of all kinds with key clients and project partners.

· You are legally responsible for our project and mobility activities in French-speaking Switzerland.

· You handle regulatory matters as well as issues related to public law and competition law.

· You manage legal cases and represent us in proceedings before authorities and courts.

Your profile

You are a motivated person with a team spirit, capable of working in a dynamic environment and enjoy producing concrete results. You are used to working independently, efficiently, and digitally, you like taking responsibility and enjoy developing pragmatic solutions within a team for demanding projects.

After your studies, you obtained the Swiss bar certificate. You then worked for several years in a law firm specialising in business law and, possibly, within the legal department of a company. You have solid knowledge of contract law and, ideally, you have gained as broad professional experience as possible in the business areas of our company.

German or French is your mother tongue, and you have perfect command of the other language, including in a legal context.

Our legal team is based at the headquarters in Zurich, where you will need to be present one to two days a week. On other days, you will work flexibly from home or at one of our sites in Zurich, Fribourg, or Lausanne.
