Your tasks:
As Team Leader HVAC, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of a team of 6-10 employees and, together with your team, be responsible for the successful implementation of diverse projects.
Your daily work includes, among other things:
• Leading and developing your HVAC team
• Resource planning for your team in coordination with the site managers in Zurich and Lucerne
• Responsibility for quality assurance and its implementation in projects
• Full cost responsibility within the team, regarding fees, supplements, billing and external services
• Assisting with the introduction and further development of the BIM method in the company
• Managing demanding projects as project manager or overall project manager
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments to continuously improve planning services
What you bring with you:
• Completed training as an HVAC engineer FH/ETH, technician HF building technology HVAC or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in building technology planning
- Team leadership experience, preferably with corresponding leadership training
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and control technology
- Enjoyment in leading and developing a team
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
