The Arte Conference Centre AG consists of the 4-star Hotel Arte and the 3-star Hotel Oltnerhof, both located in Olten.

Hotel Arte is known throughout Switzerland as an excellent 4* seminar and congress hotel, situated in a prime location in Olten. The offer includes 12 modern congress and seminar rooms, equipped with the latest technology and with a capacity for up to 500 people. Additionally, there are 79 modern hotel rooms and an excellent international cuisine in the pure restaurant with lounge, bar and terrace.

Hotel Oltnerhof is a hotel-garni with 15 double and single rooms each and has been part of the company since 1 January 2020.

To complement our dynamic team, we are looking by arrangement for a strong personality with organisational talent and assertiveness for a Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d) 60% - 100%

An interesting activity awaits you

• Independent management of a station including cash handling
• Breakfast service (hotel & à la carte)
• Room service
• Looking after and advising our international guests according to house standards
• Preparation of coffee specialties including latte art
• Wine advice and service
• Operating the cash register system
• Support at large events in the conference centre
• Looking after aperitifs and private events
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP/EKAS

What should your experience bag look like?

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or EBA
• Professional experience in gastronomy
• Motivated, well-groomed and customer-oriented personality
• High service orientation and flexibility (part-time shifts, evening and weekend shifts)
• Organisational talent with joy in guest contact
• Good Swiss German skills are a prerequisite
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
