Your mission:
- Professional and personalised advice to clients in the field of health insurance
- Analysis of client needs and identification of the most appropriate insurance solutions, ensuring a high-quality service
- Management and consolidation of relationships with commercial partners, ensuring effective handling of incoming and outgoing leads
- Active collaboration with the team, sharing skills and contributing to the achievement of common goals
- Constantly expanding your network of contacts through recommendations, networking and building trust-based relationships with clients and partners
Why you are the right person for this job:
- You have successfully completed commercial training and hold the AFA certificate, plus you have experience in insurance consulting, preferably in the health insurance sector
- You reside in Ticino and have a solid network of contacts in the area, which represents an important strength for the development of commercial activity
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals, without giving up your operational autonomy, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and a strong customer orientation
- In addition to being an autonomous, responsible and goal-oriented person, capable of organising your own work with initiative, you are familiar with digital tools, CRM systems and the main IT applications used in consulting
- You are distinguished by excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity and a natural predisposition to create and consolidate trust-based relationships with clients and partners
- You have an excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is an added value
