The position offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to diverse HR projects, independently ensure payroll processing for a large workforce of several hundred employees, and professionally advise managers and employees on all HR matters.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing including special payments, allowances, absences, and statutory deductions
- Preparation and management of employment law documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and references
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on all personnel-related and employment law issues
- Participation in HR projects as well as preparation of reports and key figures to support management and decision-making
- Several years of professional experience in an international environment
- Sound knowledge in payroll and social insurance
- Proficient language skills in German and English in spoken and written form
- Independent working style combined with team orientation and resilience

- Independent handling of the entire HR lifecycle from recruitment to departure, including applicant management and onboarding- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing including special payments, allowances, absences, and statutory deductions
- Preparation and management of employment law documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and references
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on all personnel-related and employment law issues
- Participation in HR projects as well as preparation of reports and key figures to support management and decision-making
Profile
- Completed further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma- Several years of professional experience in an international environment
- Sound knowledge in payroll and social insurance
- Proficient language skills in German and English in spoken and written form
- Independent working style combined with team orientation and resilience
