Role:
The company is an internationally active service group that supports business customers with holistic solutions around hygiene, occupational safety, and professional working environments.
Depending on the specialist area, employees work on topics related to customer service, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, or the continuous optimisation of service processes.
The solutions are used in a wide variety of industries – from industry and food production to healthcare and office and service companies. Responsibilities:
You advise management on business decisions and provide well-founded decision-making bases.
Using HR key figures, reports, and dashboards, you analyse relevant personnel data and derive optimisation potentials.
You are responsible for budget planning, forecasts, and monthly variance analyses in the HR environment.
Management reports, cash flow analyses, and measures to improve HR financial performance are part of your duties.
In addition, you accompany strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses and contribute your financial expertise purposefully.
Qualifications:
You have training in payroll accounting or human resources and several years of experience in a comparable role.
You bring sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law.
Numerical affinity, an analytical mindset, and a structured way of working characterise you.
You can also prepare complex HR financial topics understandably and communicate them appropriately to the audience.
Fluent written and spoken German.
