The residential and care centres of Sihlsana AG offer various forms of living, care, and support for elderly people. Currently, around 200 places are available for both independent living with coordinated services – including Spitex – as well as for stays with continuous care and support services, up to specialised units for people with cognitive impairments.

For the implementation of shared governance, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a

Department Head of Nursing 80% - 100%.

Your tasks:

• You lead a unit with approximately 25 employees in a skill and grade mix

• In close coordination with the APN, you ensure and promote nursing quality

• You guarantee professional nursing documentation + BESA recording

• You maintain professional communication with residents and relatives

• You create the necessary conditions to develop and empower employees

• You shape a good working and learning culture

• To do justice to the complex role, you only take entire shifts at the bedside in exceptional cases

Your profile:

• You have completed nursing training HF/FH and have professional experience in a similar environment

• You have leadership experience and enjoy working with people

• You show joy and commitment in your profession and are aware of your role as a role model

• You gladly pass on your expertise and experience to others and are interested in deepening and further developing your professional knowledge
