Network Management Kibe and Member of the Executive Board (m/f) 80 - 100 %
Your passion
In this responsible position, you will take overall management of your daycare network in collaboration with a colleague. This includes the professional and personnel management of the associated daycares and family centres. You share responsibility for the financial results, occupancy, staffing plan, and the further development of the network within the given guidelines. You ensure a high pedagogical quality and design efficient processes in close cooperation with relevant interfaces. Additionally, you develop and implement practical concepts, guidelines, and standards. You monitor current developments in early education and derive future-oriented measures from them. As part of the executive board, you actively contribute to strategic, company-wide issues. You maintain exchange with internal and external stakeholders such as authorities, educational institutions, partner organisations, and represent the network professionally both internally and externally.
Your profile
You have a professional or university degree in business administration and/or education or a comparable qualification or further training. You already bring several years of professional and leadership experience. Your solid business knowledge, experience in the educational environment, and conceptual skills enable you to competently further develop the daycare network.
As a leader, you think and act entrepreneurially, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy actively shaping things, are assertive, flexible, and resilient. Your networked thinking, initiative, and commitment distinguish you as much as your high social competence. You communicate clearly, handle conflicts constructively, and enjoy working in a team. A service-oriented attitude rounds off your profile.
