What you will achieve with us
- You take responsibility for inpatient and outpatient reporting – from scanning and formatting to content review, dispatch, and case closure.
- You perform controlling tasks and ensure compliance with all relevant deadlines.
- You handle correspondence (telephone, post, e-mail) with internal and external contacts.
- You relieve ward and senior doctors of all administrative tasks and cover holiday replacements within the team.
- You organise and plan outpatient consultations and ensure smooth processes.

- because you have completed your basic medical training in a hospital and hold a completed qualification as a medical secretary – a mandatory requirement for this position.
