Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For an internationally active Swiss company, we are looking for a reliable individual to strengthen the finance team. You will independently manage various areas of financial accounting, collaborate with different companies, and additionally take responsibility for internal billing, reporting, and supervising apprentices.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable including dunning and debt collection
You oversee the general ledger as well as the asset accounting and support periodic closings
You prepare VAT returns for Swiss companies and handle travel expense management
You supervise commercial apprentices during their placement in the finance department
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and several years of experience in finance and accounting
A further qualification as an accounting clerk is an advantage
You possess very good SAP-FI knowledge and are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
You are a native German speaker and have good English skills
