As a Team Leader Facility Management, you are responsible for the smooth operation of facility management at a customer site. You lead the facility management team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure that all technical systems and facilities are operated efficiently and reliably.
Your main tasks:
- Operational management of ISS services in the area of facility management
- Contact person for the customer and support in all matters of facility management
- Operational work on site and operation/monitoring of technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
- Conducting control and inspection rounds of technical systems and on the premises
- Documentation of defects, initiation of measures for remediation, and execution of minor repairs
- Processing tickets (malfunctions, maintenance, repairs) including adherence to response times and ensuring ticket billing
- Coordination and supervision of internal service providers as well as third-party companies
- Recording consumption data, maintenance measures, and multi-year planning
- Participation in renovation, conversion, and internal projects
- Verification of invoices
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in building technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in facility management
- High customer orientation and professional, courteous demeanor
- Structured working method and efficient deployment planning of employees
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
