All about pensions or what? You know what’s what.
Whoever checks the registrations for the AHV pension, clarifies data, and calculates pensions for future AHV pensioners in advance, does an important job – namely yours. What you do as a clerk is of great importance to the insured persons.
Your new activity is as diverse and exciting as life itself: You process the majority of applications from registration to case closure with the decision to the client. Then there are also applications that you have to reject because the requirements are not met. Or you issue a reclaim if the benefit receipt was not or only partially justified. In cases of divorce, you process requests for income splitting. You support pension applications from the EU or EFTA area knowledgeably and patiently. When clients have questions, you provide information in writing and by phone.
