For the Securities Settlements department in Schlieren, we are immediately seeking an honest, reliable and independent person as:

Employee Middle Office/Settlements (100%)

In this demanding role, you are responsible for the smooth processing of traded securities, digital assets and customer orders as well as for handling registered shares.

You:

• handle the settlement of transactions from the domestic and foreign financial market trading business (delivery versus payment / DvP)
• handle the delivery and receipt of shares, bonds, precious metals and physical securities for our customers (delivery without payment / DwP)
• process digital asset transactions for our customers
• manage the registration and deregistration of registered shares
• act as the contact point for our customers regarding questions about deliveries

To be successful in this role, you have:

• a banking or commercial education in finance
• several years of practical experience
• very good spoken English skills (C1) and ideally also French skills
• preferably experience working with Finnova as well as knowledge of the SECOM and Swift systems

Your personality should be characterised by:

• a very precise, punctual and quality-conscious working style with a quick grasp
• analytical skills, interconnected thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
• a high service- and solution-oriented approach towards our client banks
