To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone who is passionate about data structures and understands how to create a common understanding of master data management across departments and operations. As a hub, you will reduce complexity, standardize processes, and ensure data quality, availability, and consistency across all relevant systems.
Your Challenges

Optimization and standardization of central MDM processes

Ensuring compliance with data governance guidelines and regulatory requirements

Ensuring correct data maintenance in collaboration with data controllers

Sustained improvement of data quality and usage

Coordination of data maintenance with business departments and IT
-
Coordination and optimization of processes in collaboration with master data managers and product owners (e.g., PLM, ERP, CRM, PIM)
Your Qualification

Degree in business administration with a focus on data management, business informatics, or IT-related engineering.

Profound professional experience in MDM, IT architecture, systems integration, and process management.

Strong knowledge of master data processes and data models.

Deep understanding of data quality, security, and strategic data management.

Experience in data governance, business intelligence, and industry.

Persuasiveness and assertiveness, as well as intercultural agility.

Analytical thinking and systematic working methods.

Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills.
