Master Data Management Coordinator

To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone who is passionate about data structures and understands how to create a common understanding of master data management across departments and operations. As a hub, you will reduce complexity, standardize processes, and ensure data quality, availability, and consistency across all relevant systems.

Your Challenges

• Optimization and standardization of central MDM processes

• Ensuring compliance with data governance guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Ensuring correct data maintenance in collaboration with data controllers

• Sustained improvement of data quality and usage

• Coordination of data maintenance with business departments and IT

• Coordination and optimization of processes in collaboration with master data managers and product owners (e.g., PLM, ERP, CRM, PIM)

Your Qualification

• Degree in business administration with a focus on data management, business informatics, or IT-related engineering.

• Profound professional experience in MDM, IT architecture, systems integration, and process management.

• Strong knowledge of master data processes and data models.

• Deep understanding of data quality, security, and strategic data management.

• Experience in data governance, business intelligence, and industry.

• Persuasiveness and assertiveness, as well as intercultural agility.

• Analytical thinking and systematic working methods.

• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills.
