At the Regional Foundation for Elderly and Nursing Home FRENKENBÜNDTEN with a focus on General Palliative Care in primary care, around 150 residents currently live in five internal and one external living groups at the Liestal and Bubendorf locations with different care focuses.In our protected dementia ward, 24 residents live who require empathetic, structured, and professional support in everyday life. Health Specialist EFZ (for the protected dementia ward) 50-100%
Your main tasks
- You ensure professional and individual care and support of the residents even in complex situations and are co-responsible for the RAI assessment
- You actively participate in the implementation of the dementia concept
- You implement palliative measures under delegation, taking ethical principles into account
- You accompany and supervise trainees
- You are co-responsible for compliance with hygiene guidelines and take on domestic, administrative, and logistical tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
- Good oral and written German skills
- Commitment and willingness to take responsibility
- Flexible, motivated, customer-oriented, and a team player
