Sales Clerk (80 - 100% workload)
Your tasks
- Creation and processing of offers
- Order processing including monitoring
- Customer care in the systems area
- Processing of tenders
- Creating presentations according to specifications and with support from the Sales department
- Maintenance of the internal CRM tool and customer base
- Support of the Sales department's field service
- Handling telephone and written customer inquiries
- Assistance with managing the telephone switchboard and receiving customer visits
Your profile
- Commercial training or further education in the commercial field
- First professional experience in customer service in sales, ideally with a technical background
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills in spoken and written form desired,
French skills (advantageous) - Positive and well-groomed appearance
- High customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented, reliable and precise working style
- Good IT user skills
