Financial Accountant (m,f,d) with Controlling Tasks 80 – 100%

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the financial accounting of all Swiss companies according to legal requirements
• Independent preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR
• Collaboration with the external audit office
• Responsibility for international VAT registrations as well as the preparation and submission of VAT returns in various countries
• Liquidity and foreign currency management including currency hedging
• Support in budgeting and management reporting
• Coordination and execution of tax tasks in cooperation with external tax experts
• Reconciliation and invoicing of intra-group services with group companies, including bookkeeping of smaller subsidiaries
• Co-responsibility for the internal control system (ICS)
• Participation in the optimisation and further development of financial processes

Your Profile

• Completed further education in finance and accounting (e.g. federal diploma FA and/or business studies with a focus on finance and accounting/controlling)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience and/or strong interest in international VAT topics
• Good English skills
• High service orientation as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• Open, communicative and team-oriented personality
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High flexibility and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
