To strengthen our team in Schwanden, we are looking for a Responsible person for Risk and Quality Management 50% with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your main tasks are

• Ensuring and further developing the company-wide risk management system as well as the methods for risk identification, assessment and control
• Ensuring, further developing and effectiveness testing of the internal quality system
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Coordination and support of external audits
• Organisational and administrative preparation, execution and follow-up of the General Meeting
• Minute-taking of all board meetings
• Coordination of trusted medical assessments and implementation of trusted medical decisions

You bring with you

• Completed higher education (Bachelor, HF diploma or federal specialist certificate) in business administration or a comparable field
• Further qualifications in compliance, risk management, quality management, data protection or information security
• Analytical, careful and independent personality with flair and enjoyment of legal and regulatory requirements of an insurance company
• Precise and reliable working style combined with advanced IT affinity
