Your Tasks

• Thermal treatment of sheet metal parts in the oven (preparing and cleaning the sheet metal parts for the oven, reshaping aluminium sheet metal parts with a fluid cell press, as well as loading the sheet metal parts into the oven)
• Setting up and operating the fluid cell press (manufacturing complex details from aluminium alloys, operating commonly used hand machines, as well as finishing the details by lubricating, cutting, drilling, surface treatment such as smoothing and polishing)
• Maintenance and upkeep of assigned machines and equipment as well as compliance with procedural regulations, checking gauges and measuring tools for flawless usability and current calibration
• Measurement inspection during the production of sheet metal parts based on drawings, gauges or reference masses
• Adhering to safety regulations, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (Level C2)
